Hurghada

Hurghada

Egypt's sunshine capital on the Red Sea, where turquoise waters meet golden beaches. Hurghada transformed from a small fishing village into a world-famous resort destination. Snorkel among vibrant coral gardens, swim with dolphins at Dolphin House, explore the charming old town of El Dahar, or embark on a desert safari adventure into the Eastern Desert.

About Hurghada

Hurghada runs along the Red Sea's western shore and is Egypt's largest resort town. It is more developed and more built-up than the Sinai coast, which makes it convenient rather than pretty, with a long strip of hotels, easy reef access and the cheapest diving courses in the country. Its real advantage is position: Luxor is a few hours inland, so you can combine reef and temples in one trip.
